Message	tranny over to synthetic. I was willing to take the chance of leaks if it fixed the #$!@ gear grind in 4th. It did for a while, and then came back. I switched to Royal Purple with no success and then I switched back to conventional on a whim. I've got a spare transmission in the garage that I'm going to send out for inspection and then toss that in the car pretty soon.
